Most customers do not understand what is required to have proper artwork for any of our styles of printing or embroidery. That's ok, we can take the pain out of this process.

Simply put, we need artwork in a vector format. Your graphic artist knows what this is. We accept Corel V12. Also, PDF is usually ok if it was created in a vector (NOT bitmap) format. If you have any doubt or question, send us what you have as an attachment. We will let you know if it is usable "as is". If not, we can convert it to vector artwork for a flat fee of $45. For embroidery, a similar fee for a process called digitizing may apply. The amount of the fee depends on the size of the artwork.

If you want us to create your art, we offer 15 minutes of graphic artist time free with each order. If your art takes longer than that, we charge $65 per hour in 15 minute increments. Hey, what can I say...graphic artists are very proud of their work, and our graphic artists are the very best.

Either way, our advice is to keep it simple. This will keep down both the costs associated with the artists, and the costs associated with your products.
